GENERAL RULES |
SAFETY RULES |
1. Any North American built car, NO 4 wheel drives, or trucks. Compact cars must be braced inside. Uni-
body must be welded /braced together.
2. All glass and flammable materials must be removed. Windshield and heater permitted
3. No outside reinforcement allowed.
4. Maximum 9" tires (tread width) snow tires allowed Tire pressure, no less than 28 lbs/tire.
5. If inside door or roof are cut-out, reinforcement pipe must be in place.
6. No bracing in front of front, or rear of rear firewall.
7. Car must have full body and floor.
8. No obscene lettering.
9. Remove all fire retardant material under hood.
10. No alcohol, coolers, children under 16 permitted in pit area.
11. Under 18 must have a valid drivers licence.
12. Operational Brakes.
13. Cars not conforming to the rules will be DQ. |
1. Batteries must be in engine compartment.
2. Lap and shoulder belts.
3. Full face helmet, Windshield screen
4. Seat must be solid to floor, & headrest tied back.
5. Gas tank in original position, if not, it must be in trunk strapped with at least 4" strapping. Firewall between driver compartment and trunk.
6. ALL DOORS MUST BE WELDED SHUT, AT LEAST 4 ONE-INCH WELDS PER DOOR.
7. Red Emergency Cloth;
8. Fire suits highly recommended.
9. Roll cage (4 pt) HIGHLY SUGGESTED for driver compartment, must be welded to frame.
10. No use of the INFIELD (automatic disqualification)
11. Hole 24" square cut in hood to expose carburetor for fire fighting. |
ADVANCE CAR REGISTRATION FEE: $30 per car prior to Saturday, December 22, 2007;
Registration includes driver pit entry. No registrations will be taken over the phone or No advance registration accepted after December 23rd . Registration Race Day $50 at pit gate. |
Drivers must remove all old tires and debris from pit area prior to leaving. |
EACH CAR MUST SUPPLY ONE SCORER.. All rules and tech decisions to be considered final at the discretion of the officials. Entry deadline is 12:45 pm!. Pit Gate opens at 12:00 NOON |
PRE-REGISTRATION
You may register by mail to above address prior to deadline, Payment can be made by Certified Check, Cash, or Money Order. No personal checks. Mailed entries MUST be received by December 22, 2007. Only pre-paid applicants will be given starting numbers in advance. Registered Numbers (max 2 digits) must be at least 24" high of contrasting color, placed on the roof in a shark fin style plainly visible for scorers to see. DO NOT HAVE ANY NUMBER ON YOUR CAR UNLESS YOU ARE PRE-REGISTERED TO THAT NUMBER. (Less than 20 cars per division purse cut in half) Cars not pre-registered must supply their own shark fin for race day number. BOS reserves the rights to make changes as deemed necessary. Refund or credit for cancelled show only

Check the class in which you are participating. REGISTRATION IS $10 PER CLASS, PLUS THE PIT ENTRY.
Note: All participants and spectators in the pits must be over the age of 14. A parental consent form must be signed by both parents for youths between the ages of 14-17 prior to admittance in the pit area whether you are competing or a spectator. These forms are available at the speedway office or on line and we strongly suggest you get them prior to race day.

If my application for entry is accepted, I hereby agree to participate and to comply with all the rules, regulation and policies. I further agree that neither the producer, the sponsor, nor any officer, director or shareholder thereof, or the owner of the Speedway at which the race is produced, shall be responsible or liable for any loss or damage or injury to all or any part of my vehicle and/or person and I do hereby waive any rights I may have against him or any of them for such loss, damage or injury.
